The following timetable is effective as of Monday 14th September 2011-09-08
The spinning programme is an ongoing cycling programme with the emphasis being on building aerobic endurance over the next 12 weeks. This will incorporate all aspects of spinning and I encourage you if possible to bring a heart monitor as we will be emphasising the benefits of using these in gauging physical effort/recovery and seeing the beneficial improvements.
This year I am joined by two Level 1 star Spinning® instructors, Brian O’Donnell and Anthony Testa. Both have vast experience in terms of outdoor cycling both on and off road and will bring their own unique abilities and teaching methods to the Spinning® programme provided.

Additional classes will be added in the event that classes are full.
Parking/Showers and secure changing facilities are provided.
Costs:
Prices are based on classes attended per week and prepaid.
Classes will run for 7 weeks
1 Class (7weeks) €60
2 Classes (7weeks) €120
3 Classes (7weeks) €180
4 Classes (7weeks) €240
5 Classes (7weeks) €300
Priority is given to clients who have pre-booked and paid in advance.
Pay as you go rate €10 but is dependent on spaces being available. Please call to arrange this option. Places can be pre booked and paid for on arrival at first class.
