Personal TrainingPersonal training is the most effective use of your time and money in achieving your specific fitness goals.
An initial assessment will take into consideration the clients current fitness levels and history enabling a personalised plan be developed for the individual to achieve their goals.
The frequency of the training sessions are agreed between the client and the trainer, with specific targets set. The training plan will take into account the following factors; current fitness levels, lifestyle influences, time available and the individual objectives.
This is more than just training, this is a lifestyle!

Coaching
* Coaching Coaching programmes can be designed for teams or individuals who are planning to take on specific events.
The programmes will be tailored to meet the particular challenges of those events.
I have developed programmes within the last two years to enable individuals and groups tackle diverse events such as –

* Triathlons

* Croi Lough Corrib Cycle
* Blazing Saddles USA Coast to Coast
* Mizen to Malin challenge
* Dublin to Galway Cycle.
I have also developed several strength and conditioning programmes for competitive teams, both male and female in the following disciplines.

Competitive athletes need precise measurement of their current performance levels, identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
This enables them to set scientifically based objectives to bring their performance to the next level.
Using the Australian Institute of Sport “Bike Technologies Advanced Training System”, a series of tests can be devised.

Get Fit For Your Wedding Day
Get fit before you get fitted! You want to look your best and feel trim and brimful of energy on your wedding day! I will develop a one-on-one tailored programme to achieve agreed targets, for the wedding and beyond. This service is available to males, females and couples.

Bike Skills – Confidence and Competency on the road.
Would like to “go out cycling” or “Cycle to Work” but feel intimidated by the traffic?
Periodical courses, for either groups or individuals, are offered designed to give you that confidence to take to the roads.
An indoor stationary cycling class, the demands of this class are felt on your aerobic fitness. The benefits of this class include a better aerobic level of fitness, reduced weight, stronger legs and back, ability to exercise at a higher level of aerobic fitness. Lack of impact makes this type of class ideal for anyone who finds running too difficult or who is recovering from leg injuries. It is also a great calorie burner, averaging between 400 - 600cal in a 50minute class
All you need to bring is a towel for on the bike and a bottle of water. Cycling shorts will make your experience more comfortable. Showers and parking are provided.
CIRCUITS
Circuit training achieves all round fitness. This class draws on Cardiovascular fitness, Muscular strength and endurance, Flexibility and your Motor Fitness skills. The exercises are constantly varied to stress learning and progression. A circuit class is the perfect compliment to any weights programme, offering you an opportunity to work on your aerobic fitness in a fun group setting. Classes take place Thursday evenings beginning at 6:10pm.
You can join in at anytime of the year for as long as you want.
